This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for paid Web-AR.Studio plans. It forms part of the User Agreement and applies to all purchases made through the website.
1.1. Web-AR.Studio is provided as a subscription service. Payment is charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
1.2. By purchasing a plan you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
2.1. Before purchasing a paid plan you can evaluate the service during the trial period. We recommend using the trial to make sure the service meets your needs.
2.2. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless it is cancelled beforehand.
2.3. Renewal payments are charged at the price in effect at the moment of renewal.
3.1. A refund is granted in the following cases:
you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment for a paid plan;
the service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault and the issue was not resolved after you contacted support;
a technical error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge.
3.2. A refund is not granted in the following cases:
the paid period has already started and the service was simply not used;
renewal payments for subsequent billing periods, if the subscription was not cancelled in time;
the account was blocked for violating the User Agreement.
4.1. Send a request to support@web-ar.studio from the email address linked to your account, stating the payment date, the amount and the reason for the request.
4.2. We review requests within 5 business days and inform you of the decision by email.
4.3. An approved refund is returned to the payment method used for the original purchase within 10 business days. The exact crediting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
5.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to the paid plan remains until the end of the period already paid for.
5.2. Cancelling a subscription is not in itself a ground for refunding the current period.
